The Eiffel Tower is an iron lattice tower located on the Champ de Mars in Paris. The tower is 324 metres (1,063 ft) tall, about the same height as an 81-storey building.

The Eiffel Tower gets 6 inches (15cm) taller in the summer because of Thermal Expansion. Metal contracts when it is cold and expands when it is hot.
